90-day money-back guarantee

Give it a real try, morning and night. If you're not happy with your results, you can get a full refund of the price you paid, even if the bottles are empty.

• Email us at [email protected] within 90 days of delivery, with your order number.
• We'll reply with the return address. Mail back all bottles from your order, used or empty, within 30 days of your email. Return postage is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service.
• We refund the full price you paid as soon as your bottles arrive.
• The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no progress, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help you with the carrier.

Order changes and cancellations

To change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, the money-back guarantee above applies.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we issue your refund, your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post it. Shipping was free, so there are no shipping charges to deduct. Purchases are one-time payments, so there is no subscription to cancel.
